For assistance with your account please contact our support. Please provide the current email used for the account, if you do not have it please provide your account username. These are used to locate your Digital Atlas Identify Account.

Any account changes must first be confirmed by the current account email before any changes can be processed.

Possible Requests:

  • Change First and/or Last Name.
  • Manual Password Reset.
  • Change Account Email.
Please Note: It is not possible to change the username associated with your account.
